Duties:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a small kitchen brigade (5-6 chefs)
  • Maintain exceptional culinary standards with a focus on authentic Mediterrenean culinary
  • Oversee all kitchen operations – stock control, ordering, and cost management

  • Liaise with performers, suppliers, and external service providers
  • Coordinate event schedules, setup, and logistics

Duties:

  • Manage the procurement of food, beverages, and operational supplies in line with restaurant requirements
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, consistency, and cost efficiency
  • Monitor stock levels and forecast purchasing needs to avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Ensure timely ordering and delivery of perishable and non-perishable goods
  • Maintain supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and purchase records
