Booking Policy:

Reservations

We recommend reserving your table in advance to ensure availability. Reservations can be made online through our booking system.

To secure your reservation, you may be asked to provide card details. This information is used only as a booking guarantee and no charge will be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Card on File (Bookings for 5–9 Guests)

For reservations of 5 to 9 guests, we require card details to be held on file to guarantee the booking.

This is not a payment or deposit.

Your card will only be charged £10 per person in the following circumstances:

  • If the booking is not honoured (no-show)

  • If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking time

If the reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, no charge will be applied.

Large Group Bookings (10+ Guests)

For reservations of 10 guests or more, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.

The deposit amount and payment details will be communicated at the time of reservation.

Deposits may be non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

General

• All reservations are held for a maximum of 20 minutes unless our front-of-house team has been informed of any delay. After this time, we may release the table to other guests.
• During busy periods, especially Friday and Saturday evenings, tables may be allocated for approximately 2 hours to allow us to accommodate all guests.
• Bookings may be rearranged with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Outside cakes or food are not permitted for any occasion.
• A maximum of two payment methods will be accepted per table.
• An optional service charge may be added to the bill for larger tables. This goes directly to our staff. If you would prefer it removed, please let our team know.

Last food & drink orders:

•Monday – Thursday: 9:30pm
•Friday – Saturday: 10:00pm
•Sunday: 9:00pm
AYDO Lounge & Grill reserves the right to amend reservations or seating arrangements in line with our booking policy to ensure the best experience for all guests.

Minimum Deposits, Bill Settlement:

  • A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill.
  • A minimum spend may be required depending on booking size or event requirements.
  • Deposits may be required in advance.

Menu

  • If you suffer from a food allergy or intolerance, please let a member of the restaurant team know upon placing your order, however, we cannot fully guarantee that the food at these premises will be free from allergens.
  • Our food is halal certified.

Dress Code Policy:

  • We kindly request guest to follow a smart/casual dress code policy.
  • No sportswear; hoodies, tracksuits, jogging bottoms, caps or flip flops.
  • Door security and management reserves the right to refuse entry to you or any guests should you or they be inappropriately dressed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing 48 hours before to the email booking@aydo-restaurant.com .
    Otherwise our cancellation fee will be applied by our reservation platform (no refundable).
